Serene Mountain Property near Rumishitana

This beautiful 7-hectare farm tucked up a valley is surrounded by Andean mountains and close to Podocarpus National Park. The nearest town is Rumishitana, which is small, quiet, and no more than 25 minutes away on foot.

This productive property has electricity and water facilities, borders a beautiful creek, and its land is suitable for any type of cultivation. In fact, it already has coffee plants and various fruit plants such as mandarins, sweet lemons, oranges, among others. There is a lot of pastureland lawn for livestock or gardening. There are flat parts to build both in the middle and in the upper part that offer great views of the mountains.
